  Service here was atrocious. They were out of burgers on a Friday night!!!! They mixed up our table when seating us then they didn't take our drinks. They said the biscuits would be right out and they weren't. They lost the table behind us' credit card. They messed up the table in front of us' order. They were sloppy, unorganized, and unprofessional. I hate this place. Never coming back. I would eat road kill before I came here again. A dead racooon.

  Very disappointed! Went for birthday celebration in the bar area for party of 4 adults. Haven't been since remodeling. Do not like the high tables in the bar area. Very uncomfortable chairs. Tables easily tip, chairs will not slide close to table. Service terrible on salad bar. Ask for sliced mushrooms refill & brought to my table to prevent holding up line at salad bar. I never saw the mushrooms after asking for them from 2 hostess. Doubtful we will be going back to this Ruby Tuesday 's anytime soon. Waitress was good!
